We believe greater opportunities and project delivery come from collaborative relationships.
D.C.C. Collab. is a Construction Business Development and Project Opportunity Platform, and our mission is to foster collaboration and mutual respect throughout the supply chains in our networks.
By promoting shared value and supporting our members, we aim to improve outcomes for clients and the businesses that serve them, alike.
When people work well together, everyone wins, and that’s what the D.C.C. Collab. can help facilitate.
Our system matches the capabilities and desires of a company with the right business networks and project opportunities.
They can connect with other businesses who share similar goals and values, helping to make teamwork more likely, more collaborative and more effective.
This same thread of familiarity - project type, value and location - means that we are able to match projects with the relevant micro-network that they reflect.
We also provide support to keep communication clear and collaboration strong. This facilitates the securing of well-suited work, helps projects run smoother and assists lasting relationships to be built, to the benefit of everyone involved.
Established by Quantity Surveyor Elliot Titre of ELT Cost Management and his busines partner and wife, Kim Titre, D.C.C. Collab. was initially a database to help them connect to relevant sections of the Construction Industry.
Noticing a gap in the industry, it soon became clear that through a process of innovation and harnessing the use of A.I. with the expertise of Mal Herring from Small Step Big Step, a platform could be used responsibly for collecting, storing and sharing valuable information between their networks, benefitting everyone who inputs to it.
Elliot has 25 years experience working as Quantity Surveyor providing professional services to a wide audience - from Clients and Developers, to Contractors and everything in between. Elliot qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) 16 years ago, in 2009.
Kim has a background in business support, and events management with the IET - Insititution of Engineering and Technology. Her role is centered around organisation, communication, and problem-solving, which she utilises to manage day-to-day processes, improve systems, and help drive the company’s continued growth.
